THREADLINE LDA was incorporated in Portugal on 9 October 2026 as a sociedade por quotas. Its Portuguese legal-person and commercial-registration number (NIPC / matrícula) is 519681169. Registered office: Rua Aristides de Sousa Mendes, 8, 6º frente, 1600-413 Lisboa, Portugal. Registry: Conservatória do Registo Comercial R.N.P.C. Share capital: EUR 1,000. The two founders' capital contribution transfers of EUR 500 each were completed on 16 October 2026, totalling EUR 1,000. Earlier statements that incorporation or those capital transfers are still pending have been superseded. This factual update replaces the company-status information in supplement 2026-10-16.1.

The formal transfer of the business, intellectual property and existing customer and supplier contracts is still being completed. Until its effective date and the appropriate contractual and privacy notifications are confirmed, Diogo Baptista and Pedro Castro remain the operators identified in the existing beta agreement. This notice does not itself transfer a contract or change the controller/processor roles described in the existing notices.

The current beta remains subject to accepted legal bundle 2026-10-07.1 and the later dated privacy and sign-in updates. The website's reading copies incorporate this factual company-status correction; the original accepted documents and acceptance evidence remain archived unchanged. Historical references to a proposed company or pending incorporation do not describe the company's current registration status. Any change of provider will be documented separately with its effective date and the applicable notice, acceptance or other lawful transfer mechanism.

The company's VAT identification number is PT519681169, with VAT registration confirmed by the company. Tax commencement and compliant invoicing arrangements are being finalised with the accountant. This is not a statement of VIES or OSS registration or a particular transaction's VAT treatment. Real-money billing remains unavailable. This notice does not activate payments, change prices or grant consent to new processing.

Company records and payment evidence are held separately for authorised administration. No personal identity documents, registry access codes or bank identifiers form part of this public notice.
